These reports include summaries of counsel’s argument. The Appeal Cases includes judgments from the Supreme Court and, previously, the House of Lords, the Privy Council and, occasionally, the Court of Justice of the European Union. The Queen’s Bench, Chancery, andFamilyLaw Report series predominantly report appeals to the Court of Appeal (Civil Division) and the Court of Justice (EU) from, respectively, the Queen’s Bench, Chancery and Family Divisions of the High Court. These series may also include judgments from the High Court, District Court and tribunals.
