The areas covered include judgments and decisions on trusts and the administration of estates, particularly cross-border administration. The work also examines the taxation of trusts and estates which includes enforcement of tax debts against trusts and estates and related commercial matters.
The reports are issued six times a year, at two month intervals and each report covers an average of seven of the most significant cases. Concise headnotes and practical commentary are provided by the editor to ensure practitioners are made fully aware of the key points they need to know.
